They did.
The local news reported widely on this.
Was it the lamestream media? Fake news! MAGA!
No it was the local news station. WJCL.
they interviewed people on the busses.
That defeats the purpose. I thought they were trying to get the Savannah voters
The arena can hold up to 9,500. They had 5,500 today. They were bussing loads from Atlanta. Some folks say they were paid, but I don’t know it that is true or not. The bus rides were free.

She didn’t have notes. The camera spanned the table, only water glasses

She's got the Savannah voters in my family.

What’s so bad about it?
Ummmm, Pennsylvania.
This could be the deciding issue in the deciding state.

No, she immediately started talking about lifting up the middle class. Are you OK?
But that is a very vague answer.
On Day 1, you don’t sign an Executive Order to “lift up the middle class”.

KAMALA: “You are right. Prices are too high.”
Yeah prices are high. They went up during the pandemic because of supply chain and labor issues. But then the pandemic ended, taking away the excuses for high prices. Gas prices came down, labor became more plentiful. Meanwhile food prices are up 20% despite cheaper fuel and transportation costs, despite there not being supply chain issues, and despite wages not going up 20%. So you can't blame supply. And we certainly didn't suddenly start eating 20% more food, so you can't blame demand. But do you know what IS up? Corporate profits, stock buybacks, and so on.
Groceries are more expensive because of corporate greed. Period.
Bless your heart.

+1 I don’t think anyone who is outside the beltway and not a journalist cares much about this. Kamala has been front and center at a ton of events in the few weeks since Biden stepped down and she’s done plenty of interviews in the past. Trumpers are just trying to attack her on this because she’s been doing so well compared to their felon candidate.
All the Kamala criticism and Walz criticism is so nitpicky and small compared to that of Trump. These are two honest public servants trying to make a difference. So different from Trump and his multiple felonies and his unpaid employees and his bankrupt businesses. Everything he touches dies.
