The agreement was made between the two campaigns, not Trump and Biden personally. And it's still the same campaign, just with Harris at the top of the ticket.

Agreement was made between campaigns, but agreement is made for Trump to debate Biden. The agreement does not state GOP nominee will debate DNC nominee, it has names. Biden/Kamala campaign now violating the agreement trying to substitute Biden by Kamala. If they want to stick to the agreement, they need to send Biden to the debates.

All of this just continues to prove how terrified you all are at the thought of trump debating Harris!

Your response just a proof how democrats cannot follow the agreement, the law and order. Don’t become emotional and throw “terrified “ into your argument. You either stick to the agreement your party made, or you are in violation of the agreement. Terrified or not is irrelevant. But when the facts are not on your side, you become emotional.

There is no agreement to debate on Fox, you Lying Liar who Lies, and casting Harris stepping up as the candidate as an attempt to broach the existing debate agreement is, well, weird.

Reading comprehension amrite? The agreement was made between Biden/Harris campaign with Trump campaign that BIDEN will debate Trump on ABC.

If this event were helpful to trump he would do it. But it is damaging to him so he gives an excuse instead.

Why did the chicken not show up to the debate? To avoid getting destroyed by KH!

All I see here is one candidate agreeing to honor the debate that has been agreed on and the other one trying his best to run the other way. 🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥

Example #1

Example of what? Harris will show up for the ABC debate and Trump will not. That is to both of their advantages. He avoids getting shellacked and she gets high visibility coverage for her campaign.

Example of becoming emotional.

It’s interesting you use that as an insult. President Trump loves to talk about big men, strong men, tears in their eyes. Now emotional is supposed to be an insult?

Emotional? Both campaigns are strategizing to win. Where emotional is of assistance, presumably they both try to make an emotional appeal. The debate equation seems pretty straightforward without any emotions involved.

Trump is better off not showing to this high profile event up to avoid losing supporters. Harris is better off showing up to this high profile event to gain supporters.

I was talking about the poster who said “you sound scared.” They were being emotional.

There are a lot of MAGA post giving all kinds of reasons about why he should not do this debate. Makes the MAGAs seem jittery because they cannot settle on a strategy they like to explain his failure to show.

It does not help him to show up for this. That is the reason.

I do think that Trump is chicken $hit for backing out of the debate, but I also don't think he needs to be particularly scared to debate. People have given him a pass on the weird nonsense he spouts for years, and unless he goes extra unhinged, the news media would be like 'Trump holds his own!'.

Hilarious. Trump is afraid and needs the “safe space” afforded by Fox and a MAGA audience. What a wimp!

How quickly we forget the safe space needed for Biden. How did that work out for you guys?

So… you think that’s a good idea for Trump?? 🧐

Excellent dodging of the question. It’s like your specialty.
