+1. I would love to see data that RJ, MTSS, PBIS or any of the other nonsense has led to better outcomes after graduation. If anything, these programs are setting a lot of students up for failure because they aren't taught what happens in the real world when they make threats or destroy property.

It is a nationwide issue though. Teachers everywhere are complaining about the same things.
