Gilman outright failed to report rumors of faculty giving the boys alcohol. They can absolutely be sued for that. They have a legal obligation to report anything like that. Talk with your sons, people, even if they were former students there. This can easily escalate into a huge lawsuit and payouts, considering the perp was there for 15 years.
How can you prove they knew rumors of faculty giving the boys alcohol?

At least they made the effort to document it. I graduated from a DMV girl’s school that swept all cases under the rug, and there are many

Only the high school starts late on Wednesday. They do the two hour late start, all school, usually two to three times a year for teacher development.

I think this has been on the schedule for a while. They typically have two late start teacher meeting days a school year.
