He condemned it as well. As you know.
Youngkin is despicable MAGA trash. He doubled down this evening when given the chance to apologize and clarify his comments. Unclear what his fleece vest thought of this. Just as Jesus preached to his disciples I guess.
He didn't "double down" on anything. Do go on, though.

In other words, he meant what he said, he’s happy that Nancy Pelosi could have been killed and he doesn’t mind that her husband was gravely injured.
Once again, outstanding work to those of you who fell for his line about being “moderate.” Time to sit with your decision and maybe rethink some of the shibboleths you’ve come to believe.

I fear he’s not really going to be the same again. Regardless of what policies you support, making light of violence against your political opponents is no way to govern.
I simply don’t understand how anyone thinks this is justifiable. Newt Gingrich, Joe Wilson, and Donald Trump really lowered the bar. And now we are reaping what these bitter, old, white men have sown.
What has our country come to?
I feel like I ask that question daily. We live in a scary timeline.

A part of me has begun to believe that the GOP’s plan for mental illness is that they’ll suicide themselves with the guns the GOP provides, a survival of the fittest type thing. I can’t think of another reason why they’d be so open to blaming mental illness for various ills but never addressing the treatment aspect and all while trying to get more guns into everyone’s hands everywhere.

But a skull fracture (bone) repair is NOT brain surgery.
We don’t know that there hasn’t been any damage to underlying tissue. The surgeon who performed the skull surgery was probably a neurosurgeon. It’s not like there’s no risk with skull surgery.
