My key takeaways:

Trump knew large numbers of people in the crowd were armed.

He encouraged the armed mob to march to the Capitol despite being warned about the potential for violence.

He intended to join the crowd there despite that knowledge.

He knew the crowd was calling for the VP to be hung when he made further statements inciting the crowd against the VP, as well as private statements indicating that he believed the VP should be killed.

He belongs in prison.

He was. He refused to comply and the House held him in contempt. DOJ appears to have declined to prosecute for that (unlike Bannon and that other guy)

Keep in mind he may have separately been subpoenaded by DOJ and we wouldn't know
