This is really sad. I wonder if anyone traveled from out of town to play in the tournament and then have to forfeit. No Ws for the entire club yesterday. They are just in the wrong bracket. They are not bad. Just not that competitive.

Who was coaching was it the former HC coach or has she continued to bail on them.

Yes, the entire 2030 midnight team left last month so they cobbled together a couple of Carolina and rec girls to lose one game and forfeit the rest.

I thought the 2030s were the team that left

Unfortunately they are but maybe if they are reading this it will have them second guess that. They would be much better off playing out of MoCo either head across the bridge or north towards Baltimore.

Why would they forfeit a game at a tourney for?

MCE 2030 had a rough today at LLL. Lost 4 -13 and then forfeited the second.

I wonder who is the mastermind over at STJ who made the decision to buy MCE. What a moron

Did that sale go through yet? JR might be incompetent, but somehow she pulled that off and deserves some credit.

The cost of the club is consistent with every other club around town. MCE has great practice fields, puts out solid practice and tourney schedules. MCE HS girls get All-County accolades. College recruiting is solid. This success would not happen if the development at younger age groups was not solid. Lets the girls play. Lax parents are cra cra. Sometimes I wish my daughter was a talented flute player instead.

These posts that appear to be coming from the club personnel itself are quite fascinating when they attack young players for their lack of talent and commitment. So desperate that they have to blame players and their families.

Not believing anything anyone is spewing. That is precisely my point.

Merely speaking based on my own firsthand experience with multiple clubs.

If you have been wronged by this club, then move on and find a better place for your daughter. That is absolutely the right thing to do. But why stay immersed in all this rage and bitterness? Life is too short.

Newsflash - these issues plague every single lacrosse club in the area at one time or another. Just a question of whether your daughter's team happens to be the one affected at any given time.

If you find the perfect club out there, please let me know. Because from what I have seen, every club has its own issues.

Newsflash there are clubs locally that don’t have this garbage with constant coaching changes and coaches not showing up for practices or games. Guess what those clubs yeah they are the ones that are the most successful. Keep believing all of the garbage being spewed out to you all by the one who believes she a gods gift to lax and see what that takes you.

Every club has issues, but having coaches miss tournaments is very unusual. Yes, your coach might not make it, but someone should be there representing the club. In the many years of doing club lacrosse, my daughter's team has never been without a coach nor have I seen some poor dad standing in for her opponent.
