You can’t get past it? Is it that traumatic? She has interesting eyes but you just can’t? Oh, dear.

I like the way she candidly points out that her eyes have an odd shape - she even said they’re different sizes and that she’s used to people commenting on it. I think her face is lovely and not cookie-cutter perfect which makes it more interesting. She made me laugh when she called herself Ms. Sid Sloth.
To the PP saying she “looks slow” - comments like that reveal so much about you, none of it good. Would you say Halle Bailey “looks slow” due to her wide set eyes?
You know that poster would never say that about Halle Bailey. And that PP would call you a racist if you did.
It’s Halle Berry. And she does not have unusually wide-set eyes. Apple Martin does, but it’s bizarre that people are freaked out by them.
Wide set eyes are called hypertelorism.
It’s having a moment. Apple, Halle, Anna-Taylor Joy, and a few others share this feature.
lol, no it isn’t.

I love when this thread gets revived with these sort of green eyed monster posts. It's always the blond white girls that get this ire. PP wouldn't dare criticize a brown girl.
Wow, well, guess we know what kind of people are Apple fans.
Oops did that hit too close to home? Go on, mention her looks again, the comments were so insightful and classy.
You are proud to be a racist? Wow, there are some weird posters on this thread.
No, you are, babe. Apple is evil and ugly because she’s white. If we even whispered a name like Meghan Markle you would burst into flames.
Honest, I am a DP but did the PP really just type "no, you are"?!!!! My 4 year old literally just screeched that to my 6 year old. I am laughing so hard right now at the PP's post.
Annoying but acceptable for a 4 yr old but PP just grow up!

The posts that are being deleted are those that spread misinformation and rumors sourced from Reddit. If you’re one of the trolls posting that crap, good riddance. Go back to Reddit.
Not true, about half the posts are being deleted. Reddit isn’t my source for anything, I lived in Los Angeles for a while, the fact the Apple had to leave H-W was well known in the private school community. Further, is she is going to be seeking publicity, we should be free to comment any way we please, she’s an adult.
Teacher here. I can assure you that lots of things that are “well known in school communities” are 100% false. It is called gossip.
That said, maybe she was a bully. If so, that was 5+ years ago. There’s a good chance she learned from it and has changed. The 2 biggest bullies in my HS did a complete 180 soon after we graduated and became pillars of the community. They are seriously traumatized and horrified by their own actions and take every opportunity to apologize. And let me tell ya, those girls were MEAN! Nobody would have ever guessed they would turn into good people.
Really, seems she and her family spend a lot of time trying to bury it.
By doing what, living in the present? It’s only people living in the past who can’t stop bringing it up who are the problem. Do you spend all your time burying whatever you did in high school? After high school nobody cares anymore.
Agree. And I have to wonder if those who keep pushing this narrative were in fact the bullies. It’s very peculiar to be so intent on smearing someone unless you yourself are the mean girl.
Well then, she should come out publicly if that isn’t the case. That’s what any rational person would do.
Why? To make you feel better? Good for her for not dignifying stupid rumors with a response.
Well without a response, the rest of the world will continue to think they are true, and she’ll never have a successful career in show business, nepobaby or not. Literally thousands of people are liking the comments about these “unverified rumors”. Anyone would half a brain would put an end to them if they are false. And what is alleged is extremely serious, not remotely something that can be brushed off as “stupid.”

"The rest of the world"?![]()
I assure you, only the most vapid and immature people are at all concerned about a rumor that no doubt isn't even true. No one else cares.
Vapid and immature perfectly encapsulate that Vogue interview.
