Not on the video.
Please remember there is some unedited video which will set the record straight. You know where he comes in calmly and it is the teens who start dropping f-bombs, calling names and throwing things at him.
Is this sarcasm? If not, how are you privy to such a tape and please post it to set the record straight.
And, how to you mentally get past the racist statements?
Even though the guy is unhinged I see a father who is acting irrationally because he could have lost his son. That's why I am able to see past the racist statements. He kept asking for the telephone number and these kids goaded him and he went off the deep end.
Answer this: if he was so concerned why did he patronize a place that serves peanuts?

Life will go on but this really is resonating because every minimum wage teen worker, or worker has been through something like this and finally there will some consequences.
. Ah, sorry found the version you speak of. I saw the "You have no room to yell at us" one. Your version is still cropped and he was still calm and obviously calmly was pointing the implicated smoothie. I wish there was security footage of his initial complaint. It doesn't seem fair to only show it late in the conversation.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:You are watching the biased version, not the whole tape.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:His calm initial entrance was cropped. Not please don't f-ing yell at us, or shut up, or shut the F up, etc.
It just starts. "Please don't yell at us".
Incorrect. Watch it again.
The counter worker says "please don't yell at us". ( Implying that yelling had happened but that is not on the tape.
Then he says. "Don't videotape me".

The girls are reasonably calm until he throws the cup. Even after he calls them "f-ing ignorant high school kids"
The only thing that makes watching that video over and over again bearable is this. I like to imagine I can see him thinking "I am so f-ed" in his eyes.
And I see a man who has probably been crying because his son could have died, not someone worrying that he is f-ed because of the video.

Anonymous wrote:Not excusing his behavior but he does not deserve to be fired for this. Search smoothie on You tube and the videos call him Karen. He did not act like the Karen from the park who called cops on the bird watcher guy because he was black. This guy became unhinged for a valid reason. And even after throwing the drink he says he will leave if they give the number and they refuse. He is not obnoxious after that towards the end of the video.

No one goaded him.
You see only what you want to see.
