Even a DMV insider might struggle to put together a list of "top" players from the various DMV teams, so I am a bit skeptical of reports of top DMV players at MD practices. Agree it's a good and accurate post. Maybe the challenge is that there are dozens of pages on this topic going back a full year, so a lot of it is well understood.

The second aspect is that much of the prior dialogue verged into territory that was intended to troll or scare people that weren't "playing the game" or "working the room" for years in advance. It was more than a bit much. It was insiders-only, IYKYK stuff (not to be confused with IYKYK guy), that didn't provide any real information on how to position for the process and rubbed a lot of posters the wrong way. My two cents.

Plus with this much stress and stray voltage out there (for another 11 days or so), snark is easy; thinking and engagement are harder.
