This is a State final. BOTH teams are Battle tested. Look at the two games each played v Battefield.
That tells the whole story. Indys worst performance of the year was v Yorktown. Hate all you want but easy money on Indy I have it 11 to 7 only because Indy get the entire bench on the field at the end.

Really can point to one thing. Coach at Indy has pulled together and coached majority of this team since they were 7-8 years olds. I hope he stays after this group moves on but I understand the massive commitment he has made to these boys and their families and he probably takes a break. Winning state championships at such a young program is amazing.
However, like many have said, the lack of depth and players across the board has rest of the area failing to move forward.
If other coaches could put a little more effort into it, maybe the rest of the area could be a little better.
I look at club teams in NoVa and its obvious the clubs are not very good and the coaches are in it only to make case not develop players or get more athletes into the sport.
Indy likely beats Madison by "several' goals. I have been very disappointed to see the drop off of Madison and Robo this year. I hope other programs get better but it won't happen with a lot of work that needs to start with area youth programs now. Sport has had a drop off and will take some new, motivated coaches to get things back in right direction.
What a daddy ball comment...lol...hey sorry guys, my kid has graduated, adios! What a guy, what a coach....

Glass v Salem - Salem +2
Do you mean you think Indy is going to win by 4? If so, that is written as Indy -4. That's pretty basic sports knowledge.
I think we all know what he means that each team will win by that amount- fairly standard when you are not talking betting lines and not giving a final score.
My suggestion is to get off the betting apps kid, it will do you no good.
Agree. No one writes the favorite as +... In the age of gambling on your mobile phone and betting lines on ESPN previews, that should be pretty well understood.

Now, should he put himself in a box for quoting pre-season scrimmage results and losses (including a major blowout) as reasons why he came strong to the mike in the 1st place? Probably.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I cannot figure out this forum. All this talk about Robo, Madison, YT, and Indy. The best team in the state (any Class level), and the most dominant program over the last 10 years is Riverside. This season they lost once to Stone Bridge by a goal and lost to DeMatha and Urbana (MD). Both of those losses are to teams better than any VA public school. They came back and beat SB twice by 4 goals each time. Oh, and when they scrimmaged Robo - he score was 12-9 when 1 v 1s played. So you all just keep arguing about which school is the second or third best in the State!
Ridiculous argument. Its well documented that the transitive property does not work for high school sports. In leymans terms, just because team a beat team b, team b beat team c, it does not mean team a will beat team c. Prime example langley best SB, SB beat Riverside, riverside beat WP, langley lost to WP
Hey - I never used transitive property. I used the head to head property
That’s just not a property, and what you’re explaining is the exact same thing as transitive property Einstein, did you not graduate high school?
As it stands, in his mind he has the Side as = or > than Robo. So a semifinalist in A, at a minimum. Just look at what happened in the scrimmage.
