You really want the Democrats to never win another election, don't you?
This is insane. And, there are NO illegitimate members of the court. It's rhetoric like this that leads crazies to try to assassinate those he disagrees with.
Yes. Better to just accept women dying in back alleys (nice priorities by the way)! Also, no one said anything about assassinating anybody. The court could be fixed procedurally fully in line with the constitution.
And to the majority of Americans, the justices that let their religion dictate their rulings (especially when women lives are on the line) are completely illegitimate.

Merrick Garland should come out and say anyone protesting will be arrested and cite the federal law prohibiting the protesting they have been condoning thus far.
Biden should come out and condemn it - unlike Psaki who said they fully support people peacefully protesting (in violation of federal law).
And, anyone protesting should be arrested on the spot and prosecuted.
Good. Are they are carrying guns?
You folks who appear to be rooting for the assassination of a Supreme Court Justices are insane.
Your rhetoric and your cheering for this crap is actually dangerous.

Oh, please. Even if the Roe v Wade is overturned.... that means the decision goes back to the states.
And, yes, someone said something about assassinating someone. His name is Nicholas John Roske and people here seem to be just fine with his plans.
And, once again, you can whine all you want but there are NO illegitimate members of SCOTUS.

Merrick Garland will not do that. While there is a federal statute prohibiting influencing judges, peaceful exercise of First Amendment rights is not that.
BTW, why is it Ok to carry a gun that shoots bullets but not to carry a sign and shout words?
It's not ok to do either outside a judge's home.
Yes, experts say protests at SCOTUS justices’ homes appear to be illegal
As Republicans and others cry foul over pro-Roe v. Wade protests at Supreme Court justices’ private homes, Democrats have been forced into a tough spot. The White House has taken to saying that such protests by its abortion rights allies are okay as long as they are peaceful.
Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.), meanwhile, cited the protests outside his own home.
“There’s protests three, four times a week outside my house,” Schumer said Tuesday. “The American way to peacefully protest is okay.”
But while protest is indeed ingrained in American democracy, legally speaking, the comparison between protesting a politician at home and a member of the judiciary at home is inexact. And experts say the latter category of protests is probably illegal regardless of how peaceful the demonstrations are.
At issue is a statute enacted in 1950: Title 18, Section 1507, of the U.S. Code. The law states that it is illegal, “with the intent of influencing any judge,” to:
picket or parade “in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer”
“or with such intent,” to resort “to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence”
