The group Ruth Sent Us is planning on protesting in front of Kavanaugh's home - tonight.

Merrick Garland should come out and say anyone protesting will be arrested and cite the federal law prohibiting the protesting they have been condoning thus far.
Biden should come out and condemn it - unlike Psaki who said they fully support people peacefully protesting (in violation of federal law).

And, anyone protesting should be arrested on the spot and prosecuted.

Evidently, he did this after encountering two Marshals standing guard outside Kavanaugh's house.
Sounds like he was going for an "abandonment defense." It won't work, though.

Nicholas John Roske was armed with a handgun, knife, pepper spray, burglary tools, zip ties, and other items such as hammers.
He said he wanted to assassinate Kavanaugh.
How is this "false flag?"

A judge was just murdered by being zip tied and shot.

Yeah, I think this is a serious threat.

What about those same threats against members of congress on 1/6? Did you consider those a serious threat? Will you be watching the hearings with interest and curiosity?

The Supreme Court said Wednesday that an armed man who made threats against Justice Brett Kavanaugh was arrested near the justice’s house in Maryland.

The man was arrested about 1:50 a.m., court spokeswoman Patricia McCabe said in an email.

The California man, in his 20s, was armed with a gun and a knife, according to a law enforcement official. The man, whose identity has not been released, arrived in a taxi early in the morning and told law enforcement officers he wanted to kill Kavanaugh, the official said.

The official was not authorized to publicly discuss details of the ongoing investigation and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.

The Washington Post initially reported the arrest, quoting sources who said the man also was carrying burglary tools. He told police he was upset by a leaked draft opinion suggesting the court is about to overrule Roe v. Wade, the court’s landmark abortion case, the Post reported. He was also said to be upset over recent mass shootings, according to the newspaper.

Besides there’s nothing we can do about mentally unbalanced people getting guns. It’s just the price of freedom.

Oh please. He was a tourist was California who was coming to Washington DC to see the sights. If he said he wanted to kill Kavanaugh or his family, he was clearly just exaggerating. He was there to exercise his 1A rights to protest. And he was exercising his 2A rights to bear arms in the event that there were bad guys with guns around or that the tyrannical government was going to try and stop him from seeing the sights while he was visiting DC and Maryland.


This happened because of loose gun laws in CA that allowed this man to purchase a gun.

Gun laws should be strict enough that no one is able to qualify to purchase one.

The same should also apply for voting.


Or we could raise the lgal age of purchase from 18 to 21 or 25. That hardly makes it impossible to qualify, you just have to wait until you're a little mature. But you do you, keep letting kids guts splash all over the place for your precious guns.
