Also,Israel knows they had it easy in 67 because Lebanon played Switzerland and didn’t engage in the Arab Israeli war that year. You would think Israel would befriend Lebanon after this but instead they started openly discussing settling in southern Lebanon as well. That’s when Lebanon kinda let Hezbollah settle in as a deterrence against Israel taking over the land. Lebanon is smaller than the state of Connecticut. It’s super tiny.
