I believe this is from the Congressional hearing in which the Member of Congress expressed his gratitude at her being able to fit them in — in between costume changes. 😎

I have heard confirmation from people working with her that she won’t engage in business until she’s fixed her hair, checked her wardrobe, redoes her makeup, etc. it’s like a bad satiric movie. Or a disney villain.
