It actually is last minute. It is now too close to the election now for his name to be replaced on the ballot. It would have to have been 76 days out from the election.


But he can still withdraw and someone else could start campaigning for a write-in victory. Plenty of time for that.


Woops! The accuser probably didn't realize that was a possibility.


You assume the accuser's reason for coming forward is to elect a democrat. It's possible they don't want Moore to be elected.
