Landon - McDonogh scrimmage at 10:30 at Landon. Should be a good one!

In response to 13:59 above, as a former Bullis parent, I would completely ignore the previous poster's views. They are totally wrong and outdated. Visit Bullis, talk to the students and parents and teachers and make your own decision. It is a great community, most beautiful campus in the area along with Episcopal and fabulous facilities. Its academics are very fine as well. Our kids went to Ivy League schools from there. It was a great school for all of our children--one of whom played lacrosse there. Good luck with your decision.

My son is looking at privates now, we know kids at several of the Maryland IAC schools, most seem very happy with their choice.

Bullis had a great year last year and should enjoy a good one this year. With that said, concerning the overall high school experience along with the lacrosse program, I would not consider Bullis to be an elite school, academically, or a perennially elite program, in terms of lacrosse. For the money you pay, assuming your son the enough talent and academic credentials, Prep, Landon or even Gonzaga would be a better place, in my opinion.

Anonymous wrote:Does anyone know of any HS scrimmages this weekend. I'd like to attend HS in morning then a college afternoon game. I've checked some high school websites and I did not notice a scrimmage schedule. Forecast of a warm Saturday.

Gonzaga @ St Stephens 10 am Saturday

Dematha @ Bullis 10:30 am Saturday

What was the score? Any impressions after seeing the game?
