Yeah but she still wasn't honest. At best, She lied by omission. Is it a huge crime? No. The problem here is that she's always been so sanctimonious. When you hold others to this very high standard, you'd better live by those same rules yourself.

That doesn't mean they might not face a civil suit and ultimately have to pay damages. But criminal prosecution seems unlikely.

Well, for starters, if you don't want him to write about you, then surely "go with whatever verse you think is better" is not the way to go.
