F. He has never been convicted of a crime in El Salvador OR in the U.S., so sending him to PRISON in El Salvador makes no sense
.
That is not true. Stop lying.
He was convicted of a restraining order for domestic violence. His wife admitted he abused her for THREE YEARS. Get your facts straight!
That is not a conviction my friend and it doesn’t negate someone’s right to due process. You can be a shit person and still deserve due process, just like every shit person is entitled to a robust defense in court. And it matters for us all that we don’t just say due process doesn’t matter.
Please share the link when one democrat stood up for her when she was beaten up in 2020 several times or when she was granted a restraining order? Please provide any information about what money or services was provided to her so she does not need to depend on the abuser and bag for his return to support her.
Chris Van Hollen is prioritizing bringing one really “shit person” (who is probably a former gang member) to the USA even though he is a citizen of El Salvador, and not a U.S. citizen.
That’s the gist here.
Seeing the mom from Maryland talk about her murdered daughter at yesterday’s press briefing affected me to the core. Where was Van Hollen for her? She is his constituent. He is a horrible person
Didn’t affect me anymore than all the other mothers and family members who have tragically had a person murdered in this country. I’m not about to through out due process and law because of her one story. Especially when the corrupt Trump administration is using her pain to help destroy the country. And particularly not when the President has 34 felony counts and freed tried and convicted J6 folks and actively supports harm to Americans.
What happen to her is a tragedy. I promise you it’s not bigger than the travesty of police officials who continue to violate the rights of normal Americans.
So little compaction for women from the democrats. Garcia's wife is a victim of domestic abuse and no one is speaking up for her. Why women suddenly became a second class citizens in the eyes of Democrats?
What do you mean nobody is speaking up for her? She is speaking for herself and Democrats are supporting her. Why do you have so little regard for women that you think they can't make their own decisions?
Standard in domestic violence cases is the court ignores the woman's plea of support and prosecute anyways, because the women suffer from so much abuse and they will support the abuser.

Ignore that he had $1100 and threw away containers of drugs as police were approaching.
And still the government admitted it was an error to deport him.

I don't know. Which Republicans stood up for the up to 27 women who have accused Trump of sexual abuse or sexual harassment?
It does not answer the question. You made a statement that Democrats are supporting the wife of Garcia. Can you provide the link to one democrat supporting her when she was abused in 2020 and 2021? Othewise you are lying. They support her husband, but not her.

Based on what? Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador and El Salvador made decision not to release him. How is it legal for the foreign government to exercise any power over the citizens of El Salvador in El Salvador?
Because ES is only keeping him locked up bc the US is paying them to do so. If we stopped giving our money to ES he’d be released.
A foreign country can choose who they incarcerate based on their own rules. What power does US have to tell them what to do with their own citizens?
We keep telling you—the US IS dictating what happens to this guy. The US is paying to keep him in prison.
According to Van Hollen. A lot of other evidence suggests this is not true. The US is paying for Venezuelans to be imprisoned.

Because they weren’t denied due process by the US Govt. I think this guy probably isn’t quite the angel the left is painting him to be but everyone should be concerned about the lack of due process.
The complicating factor is that he is an El Salvadoran citizen so he’s under their jurisdiction.

Did you think it was a "junket" when two MAGA congressmen travelled to El Salvador this week to pose in front of prisoners at CECOT? Or was that official business?
