Pretty much. The consensus seems to be that the best course of action is to explain to voters even more that they are wrong and Democrats are always right in all things.

People want to dump Schumer for caving.
What would be an attack plan that makes sense?
I almost wish we had a parliamentary system right now, a dozen parties and coalitions forming and reforming.
Now is the time democrats. We have to pass amnesty for 18,600,000 immigrants. We owe them this. It will never happen again!!!
Screw the deficit or budgets. Screw the US middle class. Focus on helping immigrants !!!!!
The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission.”
—Ted Kennedy, 1965 Immigration Bill (Hart-Celler)
“This amnesty will give citizenship to only 1.1 to 1.3 million illegal aliens. We will secure the borders henceforth. We will never again bring forward another amnesty bill like this.”
— Ted Kennedy on the 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli Bill
DCUM crowd is isolated in a progressive bubble, and they want to be on the right side of the issue, which means they have to be on the side of the immigrants, not Americans. most US citizens want to help their own citizens before helping the world. That is not racist.
Let’s help blue collar workers get middle class wages, and help white collar workers keep their jobs. mandate e-verify. close the border. Eliminate H1B and OPT and F1 and L1 visas.
Note As of March 2025, FAIR estimates that approximately 18.6 million illegal aliens reside in the United States. This is 11 percent higher than our June 2023 illegal alien population estimate of 16.8 million.
Since our December 2020 estimate, the illegal alien population in the United States has grown by 4.1 million, or 28.2 percent, reflecting an unprecedented wave of illegal immigration during the Biden administration. The surge in illegal immigration was so large that the U.S. Census Bureau announced just three months ago it has changed its methodology for estimating the foreign-born population to account for it.
As of 2025, American population growth comes almost entirely from unsustainably high levels of immigration, both legal and illegal.

I won’t do the work for you anymore. Transgenders were pretty much all Trump campaigned on. He never shut up about it. That and immigration. He BLOCKED the bill and he admitted he needed his GOPs to BLOCK it for his campaign. I dare you to do the work to find the number of times Trump said transgender vs Harris. How many times? Report back. You won’t. So you are in fact useless.

What exactly do you think people on here do for work. Many people on here are just regular people working those regular jobs that keep this country afloat.
I am sick of people from outside DC who blather on about how superior they are. You are not. Most people here are just like people everywhere else with the same hopes and the same problems. You just want someone to scapegoat because you are a miserable jerk.

The ones losing their jobs and food and healthcare and savings thanks to Trump?
Yes if that were true. But it’s not. Not in the non-coastal “elite” areas.

Anonymous wrote:“I want an apology”. Get over yourself. They made the decision based on the information they had at the time. As someone who had a Covid heart attack about 20 years earlier than anyone would have expected, and whose 22 year old niece had a Covid stroke, I appreciate that a lot of people attempted to reduce the spread and protect others. It would have been worse.
