Looks like someone had some chin work. Also what in the fresh hell is this cut-out nonsense? It’s like she knows this thread exists.

No discussion of Mel’s $4,000 dress in NYC? Come on!

Part of that Cruella de Vil aesthetic she sometimes goes for.

I'm trying to imagine her with shorter hair - like Ivanka's bob, and I just can't. I think the long hair suits her and it looks really good.

I think you’re right but I would take it a few inches shorter — more like armpit length.

Curious whether it is extensions. My hair dresser said the expensive extensions mostly come from Eastern Europe so it could be one of classmate’s daughters providing those locks.

It’s definitely extensions- but they look great.

Melania does, we all admit it. The others get pretty weird pretty fast.

I said this on one of the other versions of this thread as well: Melania gets it right 95% of the time. But that other 5% is just bonkers: don’t care jacket, pith helmet etc.

I would add another 5% where she looks good, and it's not bonkers, but just such an "interesting" choice. Like the red gloves with the indoor Christmas decor. The gloves look awesome. But it's awesome in a way that is really atypical for a political wife (who is usually trying to cultivate a specific image as approachable, relatable, etc.). Or the super expensive plaid shirt for the gardening photo shoot -- again, she looked great, but such a weird choice.

So, both you and your hairdresser are uneducated.

Imagine flexing online about your educational attainment in the field of hair extensions…

Because you already know everything about the topic?

Curious, where do they come from then? The hairdresser is pretty up-scale and goes to the really high end industry conferences every year. This info is a couple years old, though, I'll admit, so maybe it has changed. She told me the cheaper extensions come mostly come from India, but that hair requires a lot of processing in order to make lgolden or blonde extensions, so does not have as good results as the hair purchased from Eastern Europe, if the goal is golden extensions. I thought the whole discussion was very interesting, just from an economics/market perspective.

I especially don’t see any part of her hair that looks unhealthy.

The hair on the top is sparse, can see her scalp. And yet hair ends are super thick, which probably means there are some extensions.

Melania out recently in NYC. Looks perfect.

That skirt does not fit or flatter her midsection.

I think it looks nice.

Agreed. The photo is one of the least flattering angles for a pencil skirt with pockets, and I still think it looks good on her. I am no Trump fan...and I am less enamored of Melania's fashion than others overall. But those NYC looks both are great!
