Um, no? We don't need a new size every single year. In fact, with all three kids in soccer I've never needed to buy a new uniform every single year for any of them. Greedy clubs do force the issue, though, which is ridiculous. I usually buy a jersey a size up to allow for use in future seasons.
I've yet to meet a single family that actually needs a full uniform set every single year. It is a scam. 100%.
