This is true, but the majority of comments I've seen on social media focus on Ethan's looks, not his infidelity.
People were more critical of his looks because of the infidelity. I think most people would agree that infidelity is a bigger problem.

Totally agree.
But also, it's the best thing that could have happened to Lilly Jay. She is young and can totally remake her life with a worthy partner.
If she had worked it out with Ethan, she'd be tethered to a likely narcissist with horrible character. It's a terrible life too many women suffer through. This is better.
Yes, good riddance. It sounds like both Ethan and Ariana are cheaters so they deserve to be with each other.
