She was relaying what she was told.
Both Engel and Ornato have also already testified to the committee, fwiw, and Hutchison's testimony today didn't contradict that.

Video and photos show he was in an SUV. I don't know if that is technically also The Beast but these days that's shorthand for the car the prez is in.
Whatever plane the President is in is Air Force One. Whatever car the President is in is the Beast.

Those words are VERY CAREFULLY parsed.
She was not there, so she’s being very careful. All she swore to is that she was told Trump had * reached* for the wheel and *lunged* towards Engel.
If the media want to interpret that to mean Trump grabbed the wheel and Engel, that IS NOT ON THE WITNESS.

Always remember that his brother was the Army Chief of Operations, was one of the people that orevented the DC Nat Guard from being deployed (a fact that the DOD lied about), and was given a promotion. All of this was in the timeframe in question.

Except the Flynn brother significantly delayed troop support to the Capitol Police. It's not a stretch to believe that he was in on the coup and wanted the rioters to succeed.
No. We can agree to disagree but I believe that was the right call. The insurrectionists were handled very well by the Capitol Police and by MPD. The National Guard and other troops were not needed and should not have been called there.
The Marines station at the Marine Corps Barracks at 8th and I should have been called out and put under the Capitol police command. Flynn and his brother are with Trump and the GOP.
Marines weren't under Flynn2's command. DC National Guard also technically wasn't but practically were. The 3rd Infantry, Old Guard, is who should have defended America and the Constitution on that day. They were definitely under Flynn2's watch.
Why didn’t they call out the USMC Band and Drum & Bugle Corps?

This is more deflection. No one is denying that he wanted to go to the Capitol, that he was unaware of the violence and rioting that was underway or, most importantly, that he planned the whole thing and was aware it was illegal.
Whether he was actually able to reach the steering wheel seems besides the point.
The fact that trumpkins have really taken after only further convinces me of her accuracy.
