PP here, he should never have been denied the medication, that was wrong and I’m glad it’s been remedied. The rest of the stuff the fiancée is babbling about??
I agree that he shouldn’t have been denied medication. It sounds like he’s doing better now that he’s home. His fiancé said they need lawyers. Why don’t they hire lawyers if they need them? That doesn’t make sense. Was the entire facility shut down, if they’re poisoning everyone’s food, or was she perhaps lying?
That prison is notorious for abuse. His income earning potential was destroyed and they can’t afford a lawyer. Furthermore, we know lawyers know their career and family are at risk if they dare take the case.
That’s BS and again, federal public defenders are excellent and free.
Really now?

The article claims the people involved with 1/6 were protestors. They were not protestors!!! They were mounting an insurrection. Get better sources. Again, if you can’t handle our criminal Justice system, which you feel works fine for others btw, then don’t commit a crime!!

Worrell is the defendant. The judge released him to receive treatment after the jail in DC failed inspection. Most of the 1/6 defendants are housed at another facility, and that one passed inspection. Worrnell’s fiancé said they were poisoning the inmates’ food and denying them 1A protections. I’m not sure what that means, but Worrell was denied necessary medical care, per the judge’s order.
Boohoo. He probably should not have participated in trying to overthrow an election.
Agree. As a diabetic, I know very well that going to jail is incredibly dangerous, and for many diabetics, crippling or fatal. That's not the main reason I don't commit crimes, but it's some additional encouragement.
If you're sick, don't go to jail. You'll get much worse there. This is common knowledge.
I’m sure if you were denied your insulin, you’d feel differently

Please tell me where it says they are denied counsel. It says the names should be made public.

Tell me that you are just as concerned about the young Black men rotting in prison over a joint or stolen backpack.
