They have a few pseudo “star” players they are assisting in secret, but crickets for the rest of the players. It’s only about the coach’s ego. Some Coaches don’t even talk to the players about their individual progress let alone what types of schools they should be considering.
For the current group, major fail.
+1. They only help the favorites and it is all hush hush. I know that there are 4 moms that are super friendly with the coaches, like TOO friendly. I'm not surprised that those kids get the help and always make the top team
YES more than FRIENDLY with A coach.

Funny how was this called out several weeks ago. Has the club informed families of this abrupt and sudden departure? Leaving those players in the recruitment age groups completely hanging. I wonder how they amazing directors will spin this one.
She/club sent an email to all the families last week. leaving to focus on her own performance training business. Employees leave jobs all the time. No big deal. There is no plot or conspiracy here. You can go back to your regular trolling now.
To all families???you sure?
The families of the high school students that she worked with, yes. The younger kids didn’t have any interaction with her so no need to get the email.
I still think that all families should know that there is no more college recruiting director

No one cares about the bar.

All families with players on teams in high school/recruiting ages, so yes. Those are the only age groups which are impacted. Your 9 year old is not being recruited.
