The 06/07 will be competitive, Brave side did a complete overhaul from the previous year and all the top players are staying. Factor in 8-9 from each club and a few from the outside. Coach has a strong resume and should have this team at the top half of the division.

No, but I’m arguing if they played 20 times, only once would the outcome be a Union win by 5 goals. Given their history (close games, with Brave having beaten Union before), the 5 goal Union win last year was much more of an outlier than last weekend’s Brave win.

The first game a few months ago was 7-2 Union, this was unexpected.
I think most everyone that knows those two teams, and has seen them play each other in the past, knows the 7-2 game was the outlier. 2010G Union is not 5 goals better than Brave. In that first game, Brave actually scored first and held the lead for much of the first half. There was a Brave goal incorrectly called back in the second half. Brave pressed high too often, allowing Union to counter, and kept their foot on the gas when they got down, which opened the barn door for Union.
