She might be able to get 5 yrs for each murder if she testifies against BB. She would still have a life after she gets out... but BB would be in prison for most/all of his natural life.

Can they add charges at this point?

Yes, of course! If they now have info that she conspired to kill CB, she could be charged with that. It wouldn't be in a Niv trial, but if she has a plea deal, it could include pleading guilty in both (prosecutors would quickly charge her in CB's murder if that was part of the evidence and the deal).

Thats probably why they want the phone/watch data suppressed. Proof she knew- premeditated.
