It can change in a few years, but VR's top players may even struggle to make the top team at the regional teams. Look at most of the teams, made up of benchwarmers from ECNL teams and neighboring RL teams. Not one starter from a MLS Next or ECNL kid came to VR. With that, stop comparing VDA. That's what you should aspire to be, not where you are today.
If memory serves correct, the American Revolution was started by ordinarynless than perfect soldiers…just like VRSC…it’s not about where we are right now, it’s about where will are going!
Viva La Revolution VRSC is the future our time is not yet now, but I’d rather be trending upwards than falling down..mmehhh NVA

A 3-1 score in football is not considered a close game. The losing team wasn't drubbed but the winning team won by a comfortable margin and likely wasn't concerned about losing.
There are no "high academic" Division II schools. That isn't to say they are all terrible schools. Some are "Ok" but that is about it academically. Yeah, some of their better teams are better than lower DI teams on the playing field. Same as with some of the best DIII teams. However, most kids aren't going DII for learning reasons, unless it's because they are a decidedly average to below average student who can't get into a better school.
You type a lot but say very little of anything with substance or truth to it.

Colorado School of Mines has DII men's and women's soccer teams and is considered one of the best engineering/STEM schools in the country with an average bachelor degree starting salary of nearly $82,000 across the entire school.

The remainder of the girls travel coaches are like the MLS Next coaches = sub par.
Who forcibly removed him? Jim got tired of Niko’s incompetence?
There are other reasons he was removed. It will all start to come out.
Popcorn is ready. No drinks for me tho. I’ll just go to your bar![]()
Surprised it's not more widely known yet and that he is still showing up to coach
Whatever the reason(s), nothing would surprise me with him (except the fact that JM allowed him to stay around as long as he did - that, I'll never understand).
I guess he gave him more chances since he did start the club but this is going to be big. Some people will be shocked and some won’t.
Is Jim also the owner of Loudoun United?
Loudoun United merged with Revolution. They are a single entity run by Jim. Not sure about ownership stakes in merged club but he is calling the shots for both.
There are multi partnerships/owner stakes one of which is Virginia Revolution and one is DC United. This was my undestanding of the merger.
