I saw the comment that said if "WP upset Cosby", but IMO that's a fair matchup. Even Indy and Yorktown can be a much closer game than people think. If Little Wizard is on his game no defender's gonna be able to take him 1on1.

Indy's 5+ defensive studs will stop him. Plus YT goalie will be shell shocked. Indy by 5.

I agree. Yorktown goalie is weak. Their defense isn't good enough to keep up with such an explosive Offense. I can see a high scoring game for sure.

Yorktown - 9
Independence - 15

Battlefield - 11
Madison - 9

Robinson - 19
Thomas Dale - 0

Cosby - 4
West Potomac - 7

Cosby is beating West Po by 3-4 goals.

Madison 7, Battlefield 6
(Madison has the stronger recent schedule and home slot, but Battlefield’s earlier 4–1 win keeps this close to a coin flip.)

Robinson 22, Thomas Dale 2
(Robinson has repeatedly scored 17–20+ against stronger teams than Thomas Dale, and Thomas Dale has struggled badly against high-end opponents.)

Independence 11, Yorktown 8
(Independence has the best overall profile and late-season dominance, but Yorktown’s recent schedule makes it a credible threat.)

West Potomac 8, Cosby 7
(West Potomac’s late-season defensive profile makes the upset plausible against a Cosby team that has been uneven against elite defenses.)

That would be just terrible, wouldn’t it?

I would laugh, but you have just shown your ignorance in a large way. The funny part is you don’t even know where you are wrong.

Brambleton not Ashburn

Ashburn is an amorphous concept

Yorktown has only been held under 7 goals 2x this season, the first time against Madison and against Robo. If Indy holds them to 4, that probably gives some validity to their defense….given they haven’t faced many teams with much on offense.
