He’s a sadist who is aroused by power, but also has repressed homosexual proclivities. Hence why he abuses Gerri (highly paid “help”), but makes a big deal of not wanting to see the Dick of a man more powerful than him (the GoJo founder). He’s visibly aroused when bantering with the presumptive Republican alt-right candidate.

I was surprised by how aggressively he set the it to humiliate Shiv after he convinced his dad to support the fascist and then again after he got the GoJo guy on board. But I was also surprised by how deeply Shiv humiliated Roman in the discussion in Ken’s daughter’s bedroom. This whole family is terrible and irredeemable. Why am I even watching this show aargh?!

Shiv and Roman got in a physical fight in like episode 2 of the series! If she gets pregnant he will humiliate her even more.

The most overrated show of all time. Way too repetitive and the snarky zingers aren't even as funny as Seth was on "The OC" 15 years ago.

Shiv’s weight seems like the kind of thing that Roman already would have me ckingly commented on in the show, given how cruel he has been to her on other issues. She seems mildly overweight in a way that is not a big deal to most aakericans but to her weird family would certainly be commented on. Thanks notice the difference because my player shows a cast photo from the beginning of the series and she was noticeably thinner then.

NBD and then am not normally one to comment on weight (I am overweight and currently trying to lose!), but it occurred to me that the writers probably have souls and so wouldn’t want to write in jokes mocking the actress for this. It would be a little too real and insulting in the same way that Shiv’s sexy sex talk was too real and insulting.

I'm really appalled that so many of you find this funny. I just found it cringe. Roman was harassing Gerri, she asked him numerous times to stop and he wouldn't. she is professional AF and married with children. It was really inappropriate of Roman.

I agree that Roman is behaving inappropriately and I agree that he is harassing her and she's asked him to stop. But Gerri has ALSO willingly crossed the line with Roman twice. I don't know what I'd consider cheating but if my husband was talking women through their self pleasure on the phone or through a doorway I'd have a pretty big problem with it. She has NOT been totally professional with Roman and the sexual tension between them is real and mutual.

That doesn't mean he should be doing that or that she can't tell him not to but it seems very wrong to paint her as a proper woman who has entertained none of this.

Who else just loves this show? It is so crazy and fun!
