How can I convince DD to wear a perfectly nice, age-appropriate, full length Scuba Suit? I know most little girls don’t like black, but I even said she could get the one with pink racing stripes down the sides. She says none of her friends have to wear one, my reply is well their mommies must not love them very much and want them to be kidnapped. Now she’s in her room crying. What do I do?

Should I tell my friend about this behavior? What is a good way to word it? I'm not sure I want him coming over so much any more. But this is so awkward!
See this is why I also say you shouldn’t be offering so much food and encouraging snacking behavior.
The kids was probably fed popsicles as a toddler.
