Less than 20% of students are in Greek life, and of those at least half are not what you describe. Plus a lot of that fades after sophomore year. So 90+% of the students are not like this.

She doesn't seem like much of an academic. Maybe her parents know someone there who can somehow help ease her workload, and still graduate on time.
