I don't think you can break it down like that because for most men it is: "Will I do her if given the opportunity?" It's a "yes" or "no" and it's a body+face+hair question or overall attractiveness question. Men don't give a rat's ass about clothes or nails generally but I do agree that fitness/not fat is at least 50%. A pretty face and nice hair will not make up for being obese.

The question is: will a 50yo man ever find a 50yo woman attractive? If she's in great physical shape, the answer is YES. Otherwise, NO

A lie. If she's not fat and doesn't look like Aunt Bee, sure.

I don't think it is the same for everyone. Wealth isn't that high for me, but "social status" (is he good at his job regardless of the money it makes, does he have friends and do people like him), intelligence, sense of humor, ability to make conversation, interests and hobbies can make up for a lot in terms of a guy's physical appearance.

IOW extreme social status offsets other weak areas, and appearance is negotiable. Despite your opening sentence to the contrary, did you not just totally agree with the PP?

You're a woman; you're judging everyone very harshly. Most not-obese women in their 50s who care to try look pretty good. Those conditions I mentioned whittle it down by quite a bit, but it is your choice.
