Good question. I'm curious about that, too.

Although I'm also wondering if perhaps the wife isn't as in the dark as everyone thinks, but is willing to put up with it to keep her current lifestyle (SAHM with a nanny and housekeeper) and keep the guy OUT of her bed and away from home as much as possible.

If he's so good looking and great in bed, why doesn't the wife want him in her bed?

They would have considered that to be adult business and wouldn't have allowed us (the children) to know about it. Often when we asked a question we were told "I'll tell you when you're older," and were frequently ordered to leave the room so the adults could talk.
That's not answering the question. How would this make you feel, if you found out?

3. No she doesn't know me.
4. We don't go to the pizza joint five minutes from his house. And I know he made sure to never set me up at the same spa or gym his wife goes to.

Buy a house in your name, don't pay rent. Who will pay the rent when he is gone. Grab what you can, you have 3-5 years left, or else move up to 50+ years olds.

How much is this?
$33,600

How did that $33k come? Personal check? Money order? Cash?

Must be a bank draft. I can't think of any reputable management company that would accept $33,600 in cash or a personal check. Because drug money.

I think OP meant that he gives her the $33.6k once a year in a lump sum into her account somehow and then presumably she uses it each month to pay rent. I don't think he pays her rent directly annually.

But doesn't the bank have to report any transfer that is over $14k? (or is it $13k?). A yearly gift of $33k sounds WAY fishy to me. OP, can you please clarify?

Not an interior design one in my major.

Middle class, maybe lower middle class? It was regular. My family is kind and easy-going.

And at the freshman or sophomore level too (Op was 19). Maybe Intro to Psych? Do they have special guest speakers for that course?

No kidding. This might make the thread more interesting.

Nah, so much more fun to speculate. At least until I read in Bethesda magazine about this thread being entered into evidence in a divorce case.

LOL!

I doubt that Op is a household name. Even if we knew her name it wouldn't really matter. Sue Smith, Ann Jones..who cares.

She's a 24 year old college grad who does occasional decorating work and other, ahem, "odd jobs"... that's really all we need to know.

Your degree is in interior design? What course exactly were you taking that required a visit from a mental health expert?
