Hey I used to work at a Chi Chi's. They made a mean margarita, great salsa, and chimichangas. But I miss Tex-Mex food in general.

I used to work at a chic his too. Great tips after lots of margaritas, and they made fresh salsa every day in giant and clean garbage cans

Chi-Chi's was great - we used to go to the Monday night Happy Hours at the one in Berwyn Heights.

Chi Chi's still exists! ...in Brussels, Belgium!

Yes!! The original meat market, along with Rumors and Gusti's and Mad Hatter. Yes, I partied in the '80s in DC.

And Mike Bakers and Mister Days.

And Samantha's in the alley too - don't remember exactly where it was b/c I was always drunk going there.

Are you me?

Was it the mid-late 90's? Cause we would have been the group of people acting like idiots on the dance floor of Samantha's and telling the DJ every song to play. I feel like no one ever went in there late night so I might even be outing myself.

It bothers me that I found out about the great palena burgers literally the week it closed. Am a dummy.

Maison Blanche was old school good.

Seconding Cafe Asia. Bearnaise, which just closed. So much better than the crazy Medium Rare on the Hill.
