I don't agree. You seem to be particularly and disproportionately sensitive to our posts.

NP here. I agree with this. No one can stop the Feynman people from posting, but I can warn you that your posts make me less interested in the school rather than more. Maybe you should consider turning down the volume some.

Well, we have had many parents visit the school based on the activity here. Our posts may be turning you off but you seem to be a minority. Thanks for your input though.

What is your direct experience with the school may I ask. All of the actual parents who post seem very pleased with their children's education at Feynman.
Not the PP you quoted, but I'm less confident than you apparently are that actual parents (plural) have been posting (vs one parent, administrator/owner, PR person, etc.) about Feynman.
I'm another Feynman parent who posts here and yes, there are several of us. I'm not sure why it is hard to imagine that parents of a new school are trying to get the word out about what a great place it is. We are all very invested in the school's success. If you are still skeptical but are genuinely interested in the school for your child I would suggest you call the school and ask for parent references. I'm sure any of us would be happy to speak with you directly.
NP here. It's just that you all sound like an advertisement. You - or the other parents/staff/marketers - might want to tone down your over the top, slightly nauseating, all too frequent posts.

Anonymous wrote:No, it's not semantics. The tests they use don't measure IQ score so you can't say that 10% of FCPS kids have an IQ in the 98 percentile or higher based on the CoGAT testing/GT admissions percentages.
I'm sure there is a correlation between CogAT and IQ but not a direct correlation. A child can score 130 on the CogAT and have an IQ of 145 or that child can have an IQ of 125.....there is no direct correlation, (ie., CogAT SAS score of 130 doesn't equal WISC IQ score of 130)
