Just like the scams in Minnesota and California, North Texas is now ground zero for H-1B visa fraud. @SaraGonzalesTX at @BlazeTV did the digging, now it's time for action.

we are calling on the Trump Administration to investigate.

As usual NO Democrats will stop the fraud. Only evil republicans support US workers before h1bs.

Why doesn't FL investigate Trump's businesses? As usual, MAGAs completely ignore their own hypocrisy.

Dems are worried about people being able to afford food and gas, prices that have gone up due to Trump's war mongering and trade war. Getting rid of all H1 workers isn't going to move the needle on affordability for the vast majority of people.

Guarantee you Democrats are more concerned about immigrants than they are about the war, inflation or the cost of living.

I realize this is hard for you MAGA to understand but we can walk and chew gum at the same time!

Exactly!

Trump Organization sought to bring in nearly 200 workers on visas in 2025
President’s family business requested at least 184 foreign workers for Mar-a-Lago, Virginia winery and two golf clubs
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/nov/13/trump-organization-foreign-workers-visas

SURELY AMERICANS CAN DO THESE JOBS!

I'll wait for the outrage....

IMO, the prolific H1 poster is a disgruntled male IT worker.

That's not to say that there are not abuses going on, but that the poster is rabid about it. I suppose if I lost a job to an H1 worker, I would feel the same, though.

I've been in the tech industry for 20 years. In the beginning the program was necessary as there were a shortage of IT workers in the 90s during the tech boom, but the industry has matured greatly, and with offshoring, we really don't need more H1s for IT workers. I do think we still need H1s for high level STEM workers, however. The US does not produce enough PhD STEM candidates.

What do you think Jill Biden thinks of her legacy?

Do you think she accepts any blame?

She must be hurting to think that republicans are working to stop the flow of h1bs.

Any of my friends and colleagues could do this job. Anyone 2 years out of college, even 1 year out. A smart American young adult of any ethnicity, of any background, so long as they’ve proved themselves a bit in college, could be easily trained to do this job.

(2-3 years out could figure it out with little to no training, one year out might have to be monitored, hand holding for 3-6 months)

H1b is basically ethnically choosing who this will be. Down to 1-3 countries of origin. That is wrong. Full stop.

Missouri is a red state, isn’t it? Can OP answer why the Republicans there are letting this happen?

I’m op of the thread and I’m not sure wtf you’re talking about. But this is not a Dem or Rep issue. Both sides suck on this issue.

You’re stupid. The GOP is the one currently in power. Why are you harping about Democrats?

Huh? Where am I harping? You don’t seem to understand that there are many people on this thread.

And so many people are so thick or immigrants themselves so they don’t know the history

We know republicans are evil and lie and will support big business over workers

The tragedy is that democrats used to be our party. They were the party of labor only a generation back. But they have abandoned workers and become just like republicans.

So when people say that republicans are in power so they should repeal these programs, you are missing the forest for the trees

Democrats claim that they are the party of workers, then act like it, and do what your parent democrats would have done. Stop these visa programs used by big business to replace our own children with cheaper foreign labor.

Texas AG Ken Paxton issued investigative demands to nearly 30 North Texas businesses regarding H-1B fraud.

Investigators are targeting firms allegedly using ghost offices and empty buildings to secure worker sponsorships.

The probe aligns with 2026 state-led enforcement efforts to increase scrutiny on foreign worker visa compliance.

We highlighted how Michigan abuses their cap-exempt status to hire foreigners...

So who doesn't hire H-1B? Top 20, ranked by undergrad enrollment.

Trump's businesses also uses H1s, hell is wife came here on an H1. But, MAGA also continues to ignore that part, too.

Why does Trump get to hire visa workers but other companies that do that are bad bad bad, and it's the Dems fault, even though Dems have no power right now?

I will say, though, that if/when Dems do get into power, they should deal with the border issue and visa fraud. I agree with that, but right now, Dems have no power.

So, really, right now, this is all on the Rs, including Trump, purveyor of visa workers.

Oh yeah, and with posts like this. We hope it stays that way.

Bottom line Democrats do have power in different places besides the federal government for example one or two state legislatures, city municipalities, companies or educational institutions.

There is no sign what-so-ever that Democrats have any inclination to stem immigration. None, no sign, nada. All pro-immigration policies are still in effect any of those jurisdictions or institutions.

They were also the party of slavery. IMO they never really came clean on exploitation. Especially the Northern Democrats who were financing exploitation around the world for many years after the civil war. My read is the whole "civil rights" for "immigrants" (Landmark legislation were passed in the same year) exchange was nothing more than a way to drive a wedge in the American working class.

Ludicrous to compare Democrats of the 1800s to Democrats of today. Just because they share a name means nothing. If you want to keep your line of thinking, I'd encourage you to eat a latrine cake, because it's 'cake.'

I think it's more relevant than your kumbaya 60's.

Actually the Dem party was a bit too kumbaya. I always felt that way as a former R. I can see that slowly changing, though. Fight fire with fire. Forget the "they go low we go high" bs.

Oh yes, the ol' party of slavery schtick -- the party that pushed for the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act was a way to hurt white middle class. Grievance politics at its best.

The Dem party that's full of cat ladies and queers vs the MAGA/R party full of white nationalists and KKK members.
