Fact. You may have a couple cross-over for defense or D-mid from football or wrestling in the winter for spring, but simply not enough bodies - especially no IAC-level competitive FOGO or goalie. Even if you can find and field warm bodies. Who in the IAC or VISAA can Saints really beat? Not enough boys at the school and too many sports diluting the pool. At end of day, Landon is cheaper. EHS and STA are comparable with their standard aid for recruited student-athletes. Prep is at least 10k cheaper. And Gonzaga and St. John's are at least 15k cheaper. All are more competitive and do a better job of helping get kids seen by coaches, play the best competition and get committed at schools that they aspire to. Six wins season before last. Three wins last season. Depending on scheduling, would be shocked if they can muster more than 1 or 2 wins this Spring. Saints boys lax is done.

Find us someone - anyone - who paid for the evaluation and didn’t get a 3 star rating. Bottom line, you’re paying for the 3 star rating. If your kid is really good, he’ll get 4 or even 5. But once you’ve paid, all he has to do is stand upright and it’s a 3 star rating. Money talks.
First kid on the list... and the 2nd... and the 3rd... and so on...

You don't have to pay for an evaluation to get a rating. If you do pay for a rating, you will get stars.
The kids at the top of that list were all evaluated by video, which you have to pay for. And none of them have stars.

SSSAS has a competitive fall ball team so idea they don't have enough kids for spring is laughable.
I think it’s the JV team they didn’t have enough players for.
SSSAS doesn't have enough players to field 2 independent teams. Neither does Episcopal. Bullis and STA can barely field 2 teams. GP and Landon can field 2 teams with no crossover.

No chance Landon, Bullis and STA go to the MIAA. The commute to away athletic events would be untenable. More likely to the MAC or some new version of the IAC with escapees from the WCAC and MAC.
