Subject: Noticable reduction in homeless and tents in DC, what about libaries and metro?
I walk around a lot at night and it seems like there are more than ever. It was easier to avoid the tents but now it's all out in the open in all of the parks and on the street. No idea what OP is talking about.

Please stop with your BS. I bike that area. The homeless are just walking around when the Feds show up and once they are gone they return to the same areas. The Feds are just stealing homeless people’s shit.
