+1 and most of the people on the right in our government don't seem to care that their Dear Leader said he doesn't think he has to defend the Constitution, if they even know what's in the Constitution, and clearly many don't.

The Senate will (probably) abide by the Byrd rule. More importantly, isn't reconciliation supposed to be revenue neutral? Doesn't this kill a lot of the Big Beautiful Bill?

I don't understand how this provision isn't a violation of the Byrd Amendment. It's a policy issue that has zero to do with taxation or spending.

The entire bill seems to be chock full of provisions that will violate Byrd. This thing is going to get stuck in the Senate.
