I agree with this. The principal job, as it's currently constructed, is a misery-inducing one and the pay does not make up for the headaches.

Those principals oversees schools in the right zip codes of this county.
MCPS does not care what happens to kids in White Oak, which is where Springbrook is.
And those principals were white men.
