You're insane to blame the landscaping truck for an addict driving and crashing while intoxicated (who also brought 2 extra pills for the road for later). Footage shows him in the police car with glazed eyes he can barely keep open. Woods is 100% solely responsible for the crash.

They’re not illicit narcotics, he has an Rx for them. He presumably planned to take them later in the day if and when his back flared up on the golf course. I can see how he figured it was no big deal. He probably didn’t think a cop would be conducting a search of him either.
In most jurisdictions in the U.S., it's illegal to transport any prescription meds in a container other than the bottle from the pharmacy, with label intact. It's particularly important when the prescription is for a controlled substance.
In all jurisdictions its illegal to drive under the influence. That includes prescriptions. He has a pattern and he's going to kill himself or others. I have no confidence he will actually get sober/clean.
