Sometimes offers come later if you are the alternate though. It is stressful, so have her think carefully and be sure before accepting. My DD regretted accepting her choice too early last year and got caught up with feeling desperate to take something. It really is okay to wait.
Just tell the others no after you accepted one and certainly don’t go to more tryouts after you said yes to a club.

My daughter tried out for one of her top clubs last night and we just got the email offer of acceptance this morning. She still has 2 more clubs sje is trying out for today and tomorrow. She is also interested in those clubs as well. What is the etiquette here? Do we respond and acknowledge the email offer of just wait? Thanks in advance!
