Agree. Biden just wasn’t prepared for Trump’s dirty playing sucker punches and blaming him for everything in the world. It started when trump arrogantly wouldn’t shake Biden’s hand or even look at him when they came on stage. I am sure trump was coached on psychology warfare tactics from his Bannon, stone & other ex con buddies. He was getting even for when Biden won the debate that cost Trump the election. Most civilized people are decent, respectful, with normal social graces but have no clue on how to deal with a smarmy alley cat. It stunned Biden and it was hard to recover but he did.
If Biden can’t handle the fact that Trump didn’t shake his hand, how does he handle belligerent foreign leaders? The lack of handshake or psychological warfare shouldn’t rattle the President of the United States.
He has been handling the belligerent foreign leaders just fine. Certainly better than Trump literally bowing to the NK autocrat or looking like a beaten dog after meeting with Putin.
Seriously? So he’s intimidated by Trump, but he hold Putin in line. Yeah. Dream on.
He seems to be doing a fine job of supporting Ukraine despite GOP withholding money for half a year (and Trump would just give Ukraine to Russia), getting the middle east players to the table (when Trump supports the eradication of Palestinians all together) and keeping the 20th Century world order, with the US at the top, intact, when Trump would simply turn it over to Russia and China.

You think someone who is chummy with Putin is better? Good grief.

If what you say is true, and Biden can’t handle Trump, because Trump is so awful, how can Biden handle hostile world leaders? Putin, Xi, etc? Those men certainly are not decent or respectful. What about Kinm Jong Un?
If Biden can’t handle Trump, he’s not able to handle those guys. Game over.
Trump isn't going to handle them. "Putin can do whatever the hell he wants." - Donald J. Trump
Notice Putin didn’t invade Ukraine during Trump’s presidency. He waited until Sleepy Joe, who crumbles when someone doesn’t shake his widdle hand, was in the oval office.
He took all of Donbas without an eyebrow raised or a shot fired when Trump was president. Don't you get it? Trump is happy to "give" Ukraine to Putin. Putin tried to take the country by force in 2022 BECAUSE he had no other way ot trying to do it. So I suppose in a sense you are right, there wouldn't be a war there right now if Trump were in power, but that is because Trump would have let him march into Kyiv and then on to Warsaw.
How do these people not know that the Ukraine war was going on during all the Trumps presidency? It’s just amazing how poorly informed they are.

It means the coming week will be complete chaos. Intense maneuvering and palace intrigue is afoot. An historic party schism is threatening to erupt.
I smell panic.
The coming weeks will be the subject of one hundred books.
Agreed. He did better than I expected, but was still pretty bad. I imagine it’s good enough to give ammunition to the folks wanting to keep him in, but not good enough to bring back viewers who were distressed by his debate performance.
Another agreement. He did well enough to stave off the sharpening knives headed in his direction. For now. No one is impressed or reassured by the interview except the most delusional partisans but he did just well enough to perpetuate the awkward state of affairs. And it's not going to lead to victory in November either. The interview wasn't live, wasn't prime time, was filmed during his working daylight hours. This isn't letting Biden loose at a press conference or a college auditorium taking unscripted questions from the audience the way presidential candidates typically do. Nor does it answer any of the questions everyone is asking. What is he really like behind doors?
The Democrats don't have much time to save 2024. Each day that passes the harder it becomes. But the election is already starting to turn into an inevitable narrative that everyone will start believing in - one of Joe Biden's cognitive decline hidden from the public as far back as 2020 and enabled by the untrustworthy press and a corrupt Democratic party - a narrative that leads to Trump's election in November.
This. I can't help but think there is good reason why tonight's "interview" was set and handled in the manner it was. It was staged. It did nothing to reassure me but made me feel as if they are trying to manipulate Biden's situation.[/quot
That’s what we need to be waking up to. A lot of former MSM journalists that have gone independent paint an interesting picture and one that is frightening once you see it. For example, in MSM there was one narrative around Covid. It was very biased and did you notice t there would never be hard hitting investigations or stories pushing back on it. Then at the commercial break “brought to you by Phizer” it begs the question that if the MSM is bought and paid for (in this case pharma) how do we ever know if we are getting the truth of the matter?
