Was that confirmed? Last I heard was he was either ducking the forfeiture or opposing the court taking his cars. Also I believe he is still working with his brother as a consultant at GoPro Construction and still has his partnership with GRIP supercar events.

Curious how do you know his cars got repossessed? Good if they did means courts are doing something

What happened with Jason? He seemed like a no nonsense guy that wanted to do good work. Never understood how or why he was working for Omar. They seemed like totally opposite people. I know he was a veteran and could not understand how he would stand for Omar doing bad things to other vets.

I believe there is a Felony Theft Trial June 26 in Prince George county. There was a motion to change a hearing date in the bankruptcy that was conflicting with this trial. I guess the bankruptcy does not want to get in the way of any of the criminal trials. Keeping all the dates from overlapping must be a challenge. Good thing Omar is so good at project and time management.

Interesting angle not previously considered. Appears that the trustee is already looking at transfers from Optimum's bank accounts. Thus, does it amount to money laundering if he routed the funds through other business, friends, or family so that he could use them? If convicted on felony theft charges, are these not funds obtained from an illegal activity and then moved through third parties for him to have access to the money? This then says anyone paid from these funds received payment from tainted funds?

U know what's sickening is thats where all the money he stole from us are going right to his defense teams. Like how does Amr elrahimy of GRIP supercar events and Optimum Constructions/Interiors/Group saying he is fundamentally broke and needing to enter bankruptcy all of a sudden getting all this cash to pay for his legal defense.

Jail time is not necessarily a forgone conclusion…he could plead out! But here’s to the state holding firm for some jail time.
Any of his workers on the hook?

Oooo looks like Hyattsville has entered the arena!
