Not being forced to give birth to a child when you don't want to is a fundamental right. "Fundamental" has multiple meanings you know. One definition is confined to interpretations of the constitution. I personally view the right to not have to give birth as part of my fundamental rights of equality and freedom. Under universal human rights I consider it under the right to self-determination.
Your interpretation doesn’t matter. It is not.

An evolving cluster of cells entirely dependent on my body does not have the capacity to make choices. I make the choice whether or not to let those cells evolve into a baby that I am responsible for.
Exactly. It isn’t a baby until it can exist outside of my body.
But if you got in a car accident that was not your fault and lost the baby, you would say it was a baby.
