That does not cover the cost of the war which was birth of $250 billion.
Winning! Just not for us who can't make ends meet! Plenty of money to give to the military industrial complex bud, buds!

The resolution passed by a 50-48 vote, with four Republicans – Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana and Rand Paul of Kentucky – breaking with their party to vote in favor. John Fetterman, of Pennsylvania, was the sole Democrat to vote against it.
Fetterman is insufferable
So. Practically speaking what effect does this have? No more funding for anything connected to Trump’s debacle??
I wouldn't go that far. We have to give Iran money for our surrender
The money is not Congress's to appropriate. The money is Iran's money that we've been holding for decades.
The $300B is money Trump will "arrange" as a reparation fund ON TOP of Iran's frozen assets. It's in the MOU. If Trump doesn't pony up he's violated the agreement and then back to closing down the SOH.
No. Iran is getting $2 million for each tanker that passes through the strait. That is 130 tankers x $2 million each day or about 91 billion a year.
Why wouldn't Iran shut the SOH down to get the $300B all at once?

Rubio is currently in the ME begging companies to invest in Iran to get that $300 b.
