That is correct and something to toot their horn about…
I see what you did… nice!

Nah, teams like BF have had a good run over the last several years ... YT's coach winning 3 of the past 4 state championships is an excellent run. Fans of other schools dream of such runs.
Langley would have most likely won 4 in a row if it hadn’t been for the canceled COVID season.
"would have" still dreaming....
Well Langley won 3 in a row unlike YT completely crushing the competition. And the COVID year was canceled but the next year they crushed all the competition. No one came close to them unlike YT who had a few close games.
Hey Langley dad, you better check the VHSL record book. Langley never won 3 in a row, Maybe had a chance if COVID season didn't wipe out the year.
2025 Yorktown over Madison 16-14
2024 Yorktown over Robinson 22-10
2023 Oakton over Battlefield 9-8
2022 Yorktown over Battlefield 18-8
2021 Langley over Colonial Forge 17-6
2020 COVID
2019 Langley over Madison 17-10
2018 Woodson over Langley 22-11
2017 Robinson over Centreville 16-13
2016 Robinson over Woodson 13-9
2015 Robinson over Oakton 16-12
2014 Westfield over Oakton 13-11
This is not answer I already know the answer. Was the Madison coaching, coaching at Oakton in 14-15? If so and you add her State Title(s) there before she came to Madoson, she has been in the finals quite a few times.
I wonder if she's ever blasted the horn in a Manager's face after losing? 🤣

Arlington Youth program has a few dads of current and former players that really got lax going in Arlington back when their kids were very young. That's what got the talent over to Ytown. Then Coach had a lot to work with but so do the other top programs and her teams came out on top more often than not.

Tell us you never played college sports (on a winning team, anyway) without telling us. It's not piety, but just jocularity at the losers who blame refs for their shortcomings. And then make it miserable for everyone, just because they're miserable.Anonymous wrote:the coach (purportedly) hand-picked refs for certain games. If so, aren’t you even a little bit ashamed?
