We don't launch space rockets over land. Launches over water are well known and ships are told to avoid the area.

Are you serious that you can’t understand why the FAA would have to divert planes going into or out of the area from the US?
We have dozens of flights to the Caicos? And it's entirely routine to divert flights due to weather events including "space" weather.
